SC200 rack and pinion construction elevator is a very common material vertical lifting equipment on building construction sites. Construction elevator includes hoist cage, standard section of outer cage, wall frame, transmission mechanism, anti-fall device, counterweight, overload protector, floor call system, etc.

Rack and pinion transmission construction elevator is the most commonly used construction machinery at present. The process of standard section is very demanding. The height of standard section of construction elevator is 1508mm (the height of standard section produced by all manufacturers is the same), which is related to the modulus of rack. The center distance of the section is 650mm×650mm, and the modulus of rack is 8mm. The standard section of single cage elevator has a rack. By adding a rack, it can be changed into the standard section of double cage elevator. If there is counterweight, the counterweight track is added. Multiple standard sections are connected with M24×250 high-strength bolts (grade 8.8) to form a guide frame. The bolt installation pre-tightening torque is not less than 350N.m. It is fixed to the building through the wall frame as a guide rail for the cage to run up and down.
The standard section size of the passenger hoist elevator was mostly 650x650x1508 in the past. Later, 800x800x1508 was designed. Now there is a new specification of 800X1000X1508. No matter which specification, the height is 1508. This is necessary because the rack specification is 40X60X1508, so the size of 1508 must be strict. If there is an error, it will affect the construction elevator gear and cause the elevator to vibrate more and cause serious noise.

There are two types of standard section production processes, one is hot-dip galvanizing and the other is spray painting. Hot-dip galvanizing treatment process can improve the anti-corrosion performance of standard sections. The paint treatment process will cause the paint to fall off and rust if used for a long time, while the standard section of hot-dip galvanizing will not have such problems. At present, the construction elevators using SC200 on high-rise and super-high-rise buildings will use standard sections of hot-dip galvanizing, and their service life will be much longer than that of paint.

The following is an introduction to the principle of hot-dip galvanizing process
Hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip galvanizing, is different from electrogalvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing process, among various coating methods for protecting steel substrates, hot-dip galvanizing is a very good one. In liquid zinc, after the steel workpiece has been physically and chemically treated, the steel workpiece is immersed in a temperature of 440℃~465℃ (that is, the temperature of the linear corrosion zone and the high-throw line corrosion zone, and the temperature range suitable for hot-dip galvanizing of different steel workpieces is different), or in a higher temperature molten zinc for treatment. The steel substrate reacts with the zinc liquid to form a Zn-Fe gold layer and a pure zinc layer and cover the entire surface of the steel workpiece. The galvanized surface has a certain toughness, can withstand great friction and impact, and has a good combination with the substrate.
This plating method not only has the corrosion resistance of electro-galvanizing, but also has strong corrosion resistance that cannot be matched by electro-galvanizing due to the Zn-Fe alloy layer. Therefore, this plating method is particularly suitable for various strong corrosive environments such as strong acid and alkali mist. It can prevent corrosion and rust in harsh environments, and there is also a standard section for galvanizing process, which greatly extends the service life of the whole machine.
