Hoist Control Panel Box L Cabinet for Tower Crane Description:
RCS tower crane electrical control cabinet is a tower crane hoist electrical control system solution independently designed and developed by GOHIGHER based on advanced tower crane control technologies. This system has several outstanding characteristics, including a high working rate, excellent speed regulation performance, smooth operation, and high efficiency.
The system consists of cabinets A, L, and HF. Cabinet A is mainly responsible for supplying power to each mechanism of the tower crane and for controlling and protecting the traveling mechanism. Cabinet L undertakes the control and safety protection of the hoisting mechanism. Cabinet HF is in charge of the control and protection of the slewing mechanism and the luffing mechanism.
Regarding the environmental conditions for operation, the temperature range should be between -20℃ and +40℃. The humidity should be lower than 85%RH with no moisture condensation. The altitude of the installation location must not exceed 1000 m. In terms of power grid quality, the voltage fluctuation range should not go beyond ±10% of the rated voltage, and sufficient power capacity must be ensured.
