Elevator Lift Shaft Building Passenger Material Hoist is designed to install inside the lift shaft at construction side. The cage movement is guided through the `T’ shape guiding rail and it’s a wire rope driven which gives vibration and noise free ride. It is Ideal for shifting of delicate material like glass, marble, aluminum window frame, tiles etc. It comes with many advance safety features thereby ensuring safety of operator, passenger and material. Reliable European technology gear box with 90% efficiency makes big saving in running cost.

Modular Cage
- Standard Modular cage size (inside): 1.8 m x 1.8m x 2.5m height inside.
Guide Shoe & Buffer Assembly
- 2nos. Heavy duty rails mounted on lift shaft wall.
- 4nos. Guide shoe fix at top and bottom of the cage to guide cage into rails for smooth traveling.
Free Fall Arrester (safety Lock)
- Free fall protection device fitted on top of cage to prevent free fall.
- Anyhow if lifting wire rope fail then freefall arrester will lock and stop the load within 300mm distance only.
- ‘CE’ Certified meet safety standard.
Guide Rail Base Bracket
- Bracket support from lift shaft wall at every 2 meter interval.
Limit Switches And Load Cell
- Top & Bottom limit switch, sliding front door limit switch.
- Pin type load cell fitted with cage, not allows the motor to lift over load more than rated 1.0/1.5 ton.
