1.5MM-6MM Wire Rope Sling for Tower Crane Description:

Made of 304 stainless – steel wire, these slings come in a complete range of specifications. They are sturdy, durable, corrosion – resistant and rust – proof, with extremely strong tensile force, and are formed by mechanical hydraulic means. The compacted aluminum buckle ferrules are firm. The large – sized steel wire ropes ensure super – strong pulling force. The length can be customized as required. When used with stainless – steel snap hooks, they can bear a greater load. Their surface is smooth without burrs, and the card slot design allows for easy operation.

Sling Process：

1. The raw material, steel wire, undergoes surface treatment first.
2. Then, the raw material is drawn into thin steel wires.
3. Heat treatment is carried out to facilitate wire – drawing and obtain the desired structure.
4. Stranding is the process of twisting multiple thin wires together, which determines the structure of the product.
5. Stranding of strands means twisting multiple stranded wires together.
6. Finally, the stranded steel wire ropes are wound on the bobbin.
