ZLP Manual Suspended platform Core Components & Working Principle
Structure
Suspension Platform: Lightweight aluminum alloy frame (e.g., ZLP series uses 6061 – T6 aluminum, 40% lighter than steel) with anti – slip decking.
Lifting Mechanism: Copper – core motors (3 – 4kW in ZLP series) drive galvanized steel cables for stable 9m/min lifting.
Safety Lock: Dual braking system (electromagnetic + mechanical) with ≤150mm emergency stopping distance (GB 19155 – 2017 compliant).
Operation
Motors traction steel cables to move the platform vertically, supporting multi – angle adjustments (e.g., ±3° tilt compensation).
With a load capacity of approximately 500kg, this model is designed for two-person operations. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wider range of aerial work tasks.
